Legend R&D Center was found in 2016 when we started to manufacture Li-ion battery pack, with strong engineer team and professional test center.
Strong Engineer team:
We have 28 experienced engineers, the core engineers are from ATL and BYD, who had focused on Li-ion battery R&D for more than 20 years, they are able to offer excellent Li-ion battery solution for our customers from all over the world.
1. Cell Engineer team: they will test and choose the most matched cells for your application.
2. BMS and Electronics Engineer team: they will design the most reliable BMS for your battery pack, which include Automobile grade charge-discharge and thermal management system, precise SOC calculation system, active balance management system and communication protocol, such as CANBus, SMBus, RS485, I2t, UART etc.
3. Mechanical Engineer team: they will offer professional structure design to make sure battery pack have perfect electric insulating property, excellent temperature resistance or heat dispersion performance, highest safety and reliability performance.
4. Sample and Test Engineer team: they will prepare the prototype and do all of the reliability test so that you can get matched and perfect Li-ion battery solution.
5. Manufacturing Engineer team: they will prepare the SOP and instruct the worker to comply with it strictly during the manufacturing process.
6. Quality Engineer team: QE, IQC, IPQC, QA and OQC will control the whole process by MES to avoid and track potential issues.
Professional test center
Legend Battery test center was set up fully according to the standard of UN38.3, IEC62133, UL2054, UL1642. We can complete all of the Electrical performance test, Safety performance test, Environmental performance test and Reliability performance test in our own test center, this will save your time and cost.
